Another little festive gem tucked away in the TV listings was this documentary with Matt Lucas, a life-long fan of 'Les Mis', he was invited to fulfil his dream of performing in the show for the celebration of its 25th anniversary at the O2 Arena alongside more than 300 stalwarts from previous productions.

The documentary tells the story of how the musical, doomed to failure at the beginning became the longest running show in West End history.
